团队带头人简介:



       

国果,女,医学博士,教授,博士生导师。1999.8参加工作,一直从事病原生物学教学及天然产物抗菌功能分子的研究。现任贵州医科大学转化医学研究中心主任。贵州省医学会热带病与寄生虫学分会常委。主要研究方向为微生物与抗微生物感染,聚焦多肽类抗微生物药物及微生物毒力、致病因子领域的研究。迄今主持了国家自然科学基金项目4项、国家教育部博士点专项基金项目1项、中国科学院“西部之光”项目及省部级科研项目6项,参与了国家科技部及国家自然科学基金等多个项目研究。主持省级教改项目1项,校级教改项目2项,参编教材13部。第一作者或通讯作者发表科研论文70多篇,其中20多篇被SCI收录;获省级科技进步三等奖1项(第2获奖人),省医学科技奖三等奖1项(第1获奖人),发明专利5项。指导学生参加“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛、省级大学生创业项目等竞赛,获得国家级及省级二等奖、三等奖多项。获贵州省“千”层次创新型人才培养对象、校级骨干教师、优秀教师、优秀共产党员等称号。培养研究生22名,其中博士4名,硕士18名。

 

 


团队概况:

研究团队共有研究人员10名,包括教授2名,副教授4名,讲师3名,实验师1名。团队主要以临床病原微生物包括念珠菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等为研究对象,围绕此类病原微生物的耐药、毒力及与宿主的相互关系开展研究。近年来,由于微生物耐药问题日趋严峻,团队还开展肽类新型抗菌剂,主要针对真菌和细菌的抗菌机制进行研究。近5年来,研究团队主持国家自然科学基金4项,省级各类项目6项,累计项目经费达260余万元;累计发表论文37篇,其中SCI17篇,核心期刊20篇。授权发明专利1项。荣获省医学科技奖三等奖1项,指导学生获大学生创新创业项目在研2项,指导学生获得2020年、2021年国家生命科学竞赛三等奖1项目,省级奖4项。
